1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and FunnelCrafter ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website at funnelcrafter.com and all associated products and services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

FunnelCrafter provides digital products and training resources for coaches, consultants, and creators, including:

• Lead Magnet Funnel Kit — pre-built funnel templates for list-building ($37)
• Course Launch Funnel Kit — templates and sequences for launching online courses ($197)
• Digital Product Funnel Kit — templates for selling eBooks and digital downloads ($97)
• Custom Funnel Builds — done-for-you funnel services with custom pricing
• The Insider List — our free newsletter with funnel strategies and early access offers
• FunnelCrafter Social — a Facebook app for social media management features

Our products and services are delivered through the Systeme.io platform. Prices and product offerings are subject to change without notice.

3. Accounts and Registration

Some services require you to create an account. When you do, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access at support@funnelcrafter.com
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases and Payment

4.1 Payment Processing

All purchases are processed through Systeme.io and its payment partners, Stripe and/or PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. We do not store your full payment card details.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on digital product purchases. To request a refund, email support@funnelcrafter.com within 30 days of your purchase date with your order details.

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Custom funnel build services are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Refunds are not available for newsletter subscriptions, which are free

5. License to Digital Products

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the purchased digital products for your own business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our templates or materials to third parties
• Claim authorship or ownership of our products
• Use our products to create competing products or services
• Share your account access or downloaded files with others

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using our website, app, or services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of FunnelCrafter or any third party
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use our services to harm, threaten, or harass others
• Scrape, copy, or systematically download our website content without written permission
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our website or servers

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on funnelcrafter.com including text, graphics, logos, product templates, course materials, and software is the intellectual property of FunnelCrafter and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

The FunnelCrafter name, logo, and brand are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on and link to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties:

• Systeme.io — platform and payment processing (Systeme.io Terms)
• Meta / Facebook — Facebook app integration (Facebook Terms)
• Stripe / PayPal — payment processing
• YouTube, TikTok, Instagram — social media platforms we publish content on

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Our products and training materials provide strategies and templates that have worked for others, but we make no guarantee of specific results.

Any income figures, testimonials, or case studies mentioned are illustrative and not typical results.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FUNNELCRAFTER AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FunnelCrafter and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, under applicable arbitration rules.

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against FunnelCrafter.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last Updated" date above.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to FunnelCrafter, our users, or third parties.

You may discontinue using our services at any time.
