Data Deletion Request

At FunnelCrafter, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. This page explains what data we hold, what gets deleted, and exactly how to submit a request.

What Data We May Hold About You

  • Your name and email address from newsletter sign-ups, purchases, or account registration
  • Purchase history and order details
  • Support emails and communications you've sent us
  • Usage analytics associated with your account

How to Request Data Deletion

Follow these steps to submit your deletion request:

1 Send an Email

Email us at support@funnelcrafter.com with the subject line:

"Data Deletion Request"

2 Include Your Information

In the body of your email, include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account or purchase
  • A brief description of what you'd like deleted, optional but helpful

3 Receive Confirmation

We will send you an email confirmation acknowledging your request within 5 business days. Your confirmation will include a reference code you can use to track the status of your deletion.

What We Will Delete

Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete:

  • Your account and profile information
  • Your email subscription and all related contact data from our lists
  • Support communications, subject to legal retention requirements below

Timeline

Deletion completed within 30 days of your verified request. We will send a final confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

What Cannot Be Immediately Deleted

Some data must be retained for legal and compliance purposes:

  • Purchase and transaction records retained for up to 7 years as required by Canadian tax law. These records will be anonymized where possible.
  • Fraud prevention records retained as required by applicable law

We will notify you in our response if any portion of your data cannot be immediately deleted and explain why.

Third-Party Data Processors

Note: Some of your data may be held by our third-party processors. Deletion from FunnelCrafter's systems does not automatically delete data from these platforms. You may need to contact them separately:
  • Systeme.io — contact Systeme.io support to delete your account on their platform
  • Stripe / PayPal — contact your payment provider to delete payment method data

Ready to submit your request?

Email support@funnelcrafter.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
