  • Payment processors — Stripe and/or PayPal through Systeme.io for secure payment processing
  • Email service providers — to deliver newsletters and transactional emails
  • Meta (Facebook) — we use Facebook's Graph API internally to manage and automate posts on our own business Facebook and Instagram pages. This is a backend-only integration. No visitor or customer data is collected through it, and end users do not interact with or authorize our Facebook app.
  • Law enforcement or courts — when required by law or to protect our rights

All third-party service providers are contractually required to keep your data confidential and use it only for the purpose of providing services to us.

6. Data Retention

  • Customer purchase data — retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
  • Email subscribers — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
